Wild West Gourmet Smoker Products is a WA owned and operated family business that specialises in smoker woods. Currently, there are 45 species of wood available in biscuits, smoker dust, chips, chunks and splits. We also produce handcrafted timber furniture, including cutting boards and coffee tables.

David has been working with wood for over 35 years. ‘Its All About the Trees’ is where it all began and this has since grown into Wild West Gourmet Smoker Products. Our wood yard is located in the Perth hills, surrounded by orchards. We sustainably source our woods from local farmers as well as from clearing jobs, where the wood would have previously just been burnt.

David and Jenny started Wild West Gourmet Smoker Products in 2016, out of a sea container in their front yard in Two Rocks, WA. Due to increased popularity of BBQ smoking in Western Australia this space was soon outgrown. In January 2021, Wild West Gourmet Smoker Products opened a showroom in Wangara, WA.
